Hulp nodig bij openen van het toiletdeksel

Hello everyone,

I am trying to open the lid of my toilet, but the ring will not turn counterclockwise anymore and seems stuck. That is why I am wondering if I am trying to open it the right way. Should the ring really turn counterclockwise, or am I doing something wrong? I do not want to break anything, so I would like to hear if anyone has experience with this.

Yes, it does not move at all if I pull it upwards.

Vaak zit knop vast gekalkt door jaren heen.
Soms wil het helpen om schoonmaak azijn in een doek er op te doen zodat het in trekt.
Of soms zit er speling in deksel door die wat te wrikken.
En zo te zien heb je al met tang geprobeerd.

Dankjewel Henk, ik heb het geprobeerd met wat schoonmaakproduct en een tang en het ging er vrij gemakkelijk uit!
