Thermo Briljant System Not Heating

I have a thermo brilliant system combined with Honeywell thermostat and actuator.
Here are pictures of everything:

The system worked well 2 month ago but after I finished with renovations and moved in I couldn't make it work again.

The pump controller target temperature to 35.

I have district heating by Eneco so hot water are flowing in the rest of the house and also my radiators work as expected.

Only the system is on 18 degrees and floor is cold.

Any idea will be much appreciated.

Try to open the valve by pushing down the white knob.

I think it is an elektrical problem. The red pump is not running.

Where does that pump get power from? Because I see a white cord on that pump but a black plug in the 'Amframatic' pumpswitch

The pump is connected through the amphramatic pp switch, the black cord is the pump's.
If I change the settings of the switch the pump works. It doesn't work because the target temperature is not reached on the switch sensor
