Specifiek Inboorpaumelle Scharnier / Specific Door Hinge

Hallo,

I need to replace a broken door hinge. I have checked by Gamma, Praxis, other hardware stores and also online but am not able to find this specific type of screw-in lift hinge. Does anyone know where I can get one of these hinges?

Ik moet een gebroken deurscharnier vervangen. Ik heb gecontroleerd door Gamma, Praxis, andere bouwmarkten en ook online, maar ik ben niet in staat om dit specifieke type inboorpaumelle scharnier te vinden. Weet iemand waar ik een van deze scharnieren kan krijgen?

The part that is mounted into the frame has been broken. These hinges are probably over 30 years old. The brand might be Polynorm or Andusta. But I can't find this specific type either.
