Remeha Tzerra Ace 24C

Hello,

I am having an issue with a Remeha Tzerra Ace 24C.

It starts up; I can hear the flame burning, but then it heats up over 90°, and I immediately get an error code of H01 05. It feels like it burns unnecessarily aggressively and powerfully.

Then I changed the associated sensors, and it worked for four days before the issue returned.

I researched the code and checked everything the manual required:

- The water pump is working fine.
- There is adequate pressure.
- I cleaned the heat exchanger.
- I have changed the sensors (both the upper and lower).
- I have changed the motherboard.


Can some of you kind people help me solve this?

it looks like the boiler is burning for hot water, the command come from the flowsensor with a little printer circuit bord.
If you cleaned out the heat exchanger the gasked should be replaced, in the netherlands its not allowed to service your own boiler, i recommend you to call a specialist to service the boiler.
