Buying house from 80s

Apologies that I write in English, but my Dutch is not good enough to communicate well on this topic.

I’m considering buying a house, built on 1982. It had a roof with adbestos on the shed in the garden, which previous owner has removed.

I do not know much about asbestos, and I’m wondering about some more items in the house, if they might have it.

I have been trying to learn online, and I see there’s very knowledgeable people on this forum, maybe you could help me?

I upload some pictures: from platen under windows, from the tiled roof (and something gray under it), from popcorn wall in the bathroom, from a vinyl floor in the kitchen, from a wall in a bedroom, and from under a carpet.

Do you think any of this might have asbestos?

Could marmoleum have asbestos under it, in glue or so?

3 is under tapijt, it has something like cardboard on the reverse side, made me think that is possibly asbestos?

When you want to buy the house, what is written about asbestos in the buying-contract?
